At Sweet Hat Company, we want you to love your headwear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. If your new hat doesn't fit perfectly or match your style, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Hat

  Place the unworn hat in its original packaging to ensure it maintains its shape during transit, including all original tags and protective inserts.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
